Welcome ladies, gentleman, variations thereupon and beyond, and those who have yet to decide!
I'm a Dreamer and trying to be a Do-er, Education and Media minded, Home educating parent of four, coupled up pansexual thinking of poly living, DFAB, genderqueer / genderquestioning (they/their/them), philosophical panentheist, mixed up body, mixed up mind, mixed heritage wreck
I am looking to become better and make something better as a comrade in arms against systems of oppression particularly in education, representation, philosophy, and system re-creation.
This blog is a mix of media analysis, social awareness, art, education, parenting, history, serious thoughts and fluffy fun. Mostly whatever makes me think or smile and want to keep safe and tagged. Part time gamer and Flight Rising blog (Moonbow #32836)
Here’s why you need to care about our next guest. No other artists in hip-hop history have ever taken a stand defending marriage equality the way they have.
Ellen DeGeneres, introducing Macklamore.
Ellen are you
Bitch, even Jay Z was pro marriage equality. But that obviously paled in comparison to white ass macklemore.
Why the fuck is she talking. The fuck does she know about rap? Hip hop?
yes because a song about how much you don’t hate gay people , is way more powerful than sex with your first love who happened to be a male, your first love leaving you when you realized you loved him. And rappers with frankly the most clout in the hip hop game, saying we’re still here for you and won’t let your reputation crash and burn and won’t let other people treat like crap, is less important than “I understand that gay people didn’t choose to be gay.”
